In order to be reimbursed by AquaNet, a travel claim must be completed.

The travel claim form is in PDF format and is designed to be filled out online and printed off. Completed travel forms, with the original receipts, should be mailed to:

Once the travel claim is received, processing time is usually 7 - 10 working days.
